E-Funds For Schools Online Webstore

Hibbing School District uses E~Funds for Schools to process online payments for various school-related fees and donations from the convenience of your home. The system allows you to add all of the children you want to make payments for, and purchase multiple items for multiple children at once.

You will need the child’s Last Name as it appears in PowerSchool and their Student Number. You can find this information on the Demographic Info item of the Parent School Portal, or on a Report Card. You can also make payments for children that do not live in your household if you have their Last Name and Student Number.

Create Your E-Funds for Schools Account

1. Log into the E~Funds for Schools website:

2. Make sure it say Hibbing Public Schools at the top left
3. Click the Create an Account option in the sidebar at the left

4. Enter your contact information, and then click the CREATE ACCOUNT button to create your E Funds for Schools account:

Add Your Students

1. Click on the Manage Students option under Manage Account to add your students

2. Add each of your children to your account:

Enter your child’s Last Name as it appears in PowerSchool
Enter your child’s Student Number - you can find their Student Number in the PowerSchool Portal, under the Demographic Info item. The Student Number also appears on the Report Card.
Click the ADD STUDENT(S) button to add the student to your E Funds for Schools account
If you have more than one child you want to make payments for, enter each child’s Last Name and Student Number
Each student you add will appear in the list of Students

3. After you are done adding all of the children you want to make payments for, click the CONTINUE ON HOME button to return to the E Funds for Schools homepage.

Enter Your Payment Information

For easy checkout, you can securely store your payment method in your account. The school district does not have access to your payment information. If you don't want to store your credit card information in your E-Funds for School Account, you can manually enter in payment information when you check out.

1. Click the Payment Methods option under the Payment Settings item in the sidebar at the left

2. Click on the NEW CREDIT CARD or NEW DIRECT DEBIT button to add a new payment type.

The "Direct Debit" option is to pay using an electronic check. You will need your bank's routing number and your checking account number, both of which you can obtain from one of your checks. Using an electronic check instead of a credit card may result in lower convenience fees.

3. Enter your payment information - both the Credit Card and Direct Debit (checking account) options are shown below:

4. After you are done entering your payment info, click the ADD CREDIT / DEBIT CARD button to return to the E Funds for Schools homepage.

Add Items to Your Cart

There are two types of fees in the Webstore, Student Fees and Optional Fees. Student Fees are required; they may be items like library fees, iPad repair fees, or course fees. Optional Fees are optional items like iPad insurance or activities fees.

You may have multiple students in your E-Funds for School account. When purchasing items in the E-Funds for School Webstore, you select a student first, then add items for that student. You can then go back and select another student and add additional items to your cart. This allows to purchase multiple items for multiple student in one online purchase.

To Pay an Optional Fee - Like iPad Insurance:

1. Click on the Optional Fees option in the sidebar at the left or on the home page
2. Click on the student you want to pay for
3. Click on an item to select it

Some items may have optional amounts or multiple payments options for you to select

4. Click on the ADD TO CART button to add it to your cart
5. If you want to add additional items to your cart select them and add them to the cart, otherwise click the GO BACK arrow to return to the list of items
6. If you want to add optional fees for another student, click the green BACK TO STUDENTS arrow to select another student
7. Click the BEGIN CHECKOUT button to pay for the items in your cart

To Pay a Student Fee - Like a library fee or an iPad repair fee:

1. Click on the Student Fees option in the sidebar at the left or on the home page
2. Click on the student you want to pay for

Any student fees assessed to the selected student will appear as items
If no items are listed, no student fees have been assessed to your student

3. Click on an item to select it

Some items may have optional amounts or multiple payments options for you to select

4. Click on the ADD TO CART button to add it to your cart
5. If you want to add additional items to your cart select them and add them to the cart, otherwise click the GO BACK arrow to return to the list of items
6. If you want to add student fees for another student, click the green BACK TO STUDENTS arrow to select another student
7. Click the BEGIN CHECKOUT button to pay for the items in your cart

You can remove items from your cart by clicking on the X next to the item:

Check Out and Pay

1. After you have added items to your cart, click the BEGIN CHECKOUT button to start the payment process
2. If you have already saved your payment information, you can select your payment method from the list. Otherwise, select either the New Credit / Debit Card or New Direct Debit option based on your preference

3. Enter your payment information as presented - See the Enter Your Payment Information above to see what the process of adding payment information looks like
4. A summary page will show you what you are purchasing and the total amount due
5. You will be prompted to enter the CVV2 security code, zip code, and address for credit card transactions

6. Confirm that you are a human by clicking in the I'm not a robot captcha box

After payment is made, you will see a Thank you message
