How to Use ParentSquare
ParentSquare Communications
We are excited to let you know that this year we’ll be using ParentSquare to communicate with you at the school, and in your classrooms and groups.
ParentSquare provides a simple and safe way for everyone at school to connect.
With ParentSquare you’ll be able to:
- Receive all school and classroom communication via email, text or app
- Find useful information, links, photos, etc
- View the school and classroom calendar and RSVP for events
- Easily sign up to volunteer and/or bring items

Get Started with ParentSquare and Activate Your Account!
You can receive messages from ParentSquare in several ways: through the ParentSquare website, text messages, email messages, voice messages, or through the app. To interact with ParentSquare content, you will need to register your account. We encourage you to download the app, as it is typically the most convenient way to interact with ParentSquare.
Register Via Text Invite
The district will send you a text invite if we have your cell phone number as your primary contact number.
When you get the text message, simply click the link in the message and register your account by creating a password.
Register Via The Web
You can go to
and enter the phone number that you registered your student with. If you gave the school district your land line number, enter your land line number. If you gave the school your cell phone number, enter your cell phone number.
You must include the area code in the form.
Register Via the App
The app is typically the most convenient method to interact with ParentSquare.

When you open the app, you will be asked to enter your phone number. Enter the phone number that you registered your student with. If you gave the school district your land line number, enter your land line number. If you gave the school your cell phone number, enter your cell phone number.
You must include the area code when entering your phone number.
Problems Registering
The most common problem when registering for ParentSquare is that the phone number you enter into ParentSquare does not match the phone number the district has on file for you. To remedy this issue, call your building and update your contact information, or fill out the Request to Join form here:
When filling out the form, type "Hibbing" in the School Name field and select your school.
