Submit a Form

You will need to first log in to your PowerSchool Parent Portal account using a web browser such as Safari or Chrome.
**You cannot fill out forms in the PowerSchool Mobile App

1. After signing into your account, click on the Forms option in the sidebar at the left:

2. Next, navigate to the form you want to fill out using the tabs across the top

Forms will indicate their status

3. Click on the form you want to fill out

4. Fill out the form and click the Submit button to send the completed form to the office:
